We have several permanent and contract vacancies for multiple businesses across the UK and overseas – visit our website or LinkedIn page for more.\\n\\nTypically, This Person will be working for one of our well-established Luxury yacht building clients on the fit out on the boats, this is predominantly first and second fix fitting of all furniture and bespoke woodwork onto the boat.\\n\\nHSB Technical’s client is a very established and well-regarded business.\\n\\nDay to day duties and responsibilities of the Boatbuilder:\\n\\nGood knowledge of 1st & 2nd Fix \\n\\t\\n Able to understand and work from technical drawings\\n\\t\\n Confident in installing and assembling bespoke units\\n\\t\\n Final fitting of hardware windows, sinks and other parts of the yacht\\n\\t\\n Scribe in units, trim & adjust.\\n\\t\\n Work closely together with other trades \\n\\t\\n Help lay teak decking\\n\\t\\n Competency to work with tight tolerances.\\n\\t\\n Seeks to pursue perfection, with a coach able and engaged attitude\\n\\nRequirements Of the Boatbuilder:\\n\\nThere is the opportunity to work 50+ hours a week as a contractor in the role, long term contract\\n\\t\\nIdeal candidates will have to supply own tools, for this role.\\n\\t\\nNVQ level 2 / 3 in Boatbuilder / Carpentry / Joiner or apprentice trained.\\n\\t\\nMust have worked within the marine industry.\\n\\nThis vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical Ltd who are governed by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
