A focused and driven marketing professional with a broad, hands-on background, comfortable operating as the first in-house marketing hire and building processes and strategy from the ground up. Confident working closely with stakeholders at all levels, from junior staff to Directors, and highly digitally savvy with a proven ability to deliver effective marketing strategies. Proactive, adaptable, and happy working on-site within a small, close-knit team.
Duties and responsibilities of the marketing manager:
- Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives, managing campaigns on time, within budget, and against KPIs.
- Build and manage brand awareness, including guidelines, marketing collateral, and all digital content across websites, social media, and other channels.
- Plan, organise, and represent the business at exhibitions, networking events, brand launches, and award entries.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and trend monitoring to inform strategy and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, copyright, and regulatory requirements, and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams across business units, advising on marketing strategies for new projects and supporting additional initiatives as required.
