The below job description will outline this position of: Fabricator/Welder Typically, this person will be responsible for carrying out aluminium fabrication and welding tasks to a high standard, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on time. HSB Technical\’s client is an established and well-regarded business entity. Duties and responsibilities of the Fabricator/Welder: Prepare, cut, and form aluminium components ready for fabrication. Assemble and align parts with accuracy to specified tolerances. Carry out high-quality MIG/TIG welding in line with engineering requirements. Grind, dress, and finish welds for strength and a clean appearance. Build sub-assemblies and integrate them into main structures. Safely operate and maintain fabrication and welding equipment. Promote and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications and requirements for the Fabricator/Welder: Previous experience in aluminium fabrication and welding is a must for this role. Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work. Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude. Able to use initiative and remain focused on results. Clear communicator, resilient, and self-assured.
