Typically, this person will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of security systems including CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems. The role involves both planned installations and reactive callouts (1 in 5 call-outs), requiring strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
