A reputable engineering business in Avonmouth is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Foreman. You will supervise welding crews, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and monitor project costs. This role may require travel to sites and participation in on-call duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise welding crews to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to required quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and company quality standards on all sites.
• Monitor project costs and participate in project planning and progress reporting.
• Travel to sites as required and participate in on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in marine or civil engineering.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience supervising welding/fabrication teams.

Compensation

Rate of £23.50 PAYE plus overtime for hours beyond 40.
