Bracknell - Up to £50,247.14 per annum (DOE) - 37 Hours per week - Permanent, Full Time.

The Role

As Gas Operations Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Gas Engineers responsible for delivering high quality gas servicing, repairs and boiler installations across a residential housing portfolio.

You'll ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and in full compliance with current gas legislation while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

You'll also provide technical guidance and support on gas systems, solid fuel appliances and renewable heating technologies, helping your team deliver work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support a team of Gas Engineers.
  • Oversee gas servicing, repairs and installation programmes.
  • Ensure full compliance with gas safety legislation and industry regulations.
  • Monitor quality, productivity and performance.
  • Carry out technical inspections and provide specialist guidance.
  • Support ongoing training and competency development within the team.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors and customers.
  • Promote safe working practices and a customer first approach.
  • Ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience supervising or leading Gas Engineers.
  • Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas servicing, repairs and installations.
  • Excellent understanding of current gas safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working within housing, property maintenance, facilities management or a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
