Job Role Details: Good level of experience of drainage works and the experience of supervising a small team of operatives. Expected to lead by example in a working supervisory position and carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing Foreman with regards to safety, working to method statements and work plans. Capable recording daily work records and delivering safety briefs/tool box talks etc.
