The predicted salary is between 84300 - 112987 £ per year.
Base salary: £84300 pa to £112987 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits.

About the role:
- To be responsible for owning the development and maintenance of an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for a number of development/delivery areas, providing strategic insight on inter-dependencies, trends and performance, along with providing subject matter expert advice to senior leaders in managing the successful delivery of the HS2 project.
- To be accountable for ensuring adherence with Programme Management Office (PMO) and Project Controls policies, processes and standards across a number of development and delivery areas of the HS2 Programme.
- To be responsible for leading and coordinating project controls activities within the supply chain, portfolio, projects or contracts to assure the accuracy and quality of cost, risk and schedule information being captured.
- To be accountable for promoting and applying consistent approaches towards project controls across the Portfolio and contracts and leading the assurance of Project Controls Data across a portfolio or project.
- To be responsible for supporting, challenging and influencing senior leaders across HS2 and the Supply Chain to ensure 'best for HS2' decisions and be accountable for holding the supply chain, development and/or delivery areas to account, working with leaders across HS2 and the supply chain to highlight trends and performance insights.
- To be responsible for providing strategic analysis of the data.
