The predicted salary is between 70000 - 84000 £ per year.
Salary: Base salary: £84,300pa to c.£105,400pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits.

As Head of Delivery at HS2, you will be accountable for the management of all client functions and the leadership of the client team within the MWCC IPT Area Team, acting as delegate and deputy to the MWCC Project Client.
Responsibilities:
- Discharging the client responsibilities within the MWCC IPT and assuring the safe, compliant, on time and on budget delivery of the applicable civils delivery scope.
- Significant level of interface with MWCC and third-party stakeholders.
- Undertaking NEC3 Project Management duties within the MWCC IPT.
- Sitting on the IPT Area leadership team and the Client Spine leadership team to support and enable delivery.
- Safeguarding client owned risks and leading HS2 client resources within the MWCC IPT.
- Creating a collaborative culture both within and across the MWCC IPT.
About the role:
- Discharging the duties and obligations of the NEC3 Project Manager as defined by the contract.
- Responsible for Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) duties as delegated by the Client Representative.
- Establishing, monitoring and leading contract management performance for the MWCC IPT.
- Acting as the HS2 Deputy Client representative for the MWCC IPT.
- Client responsibility for reviewing and accepting programme schedules for the MWCC IPT.
- Leading and coordinating the management and mitigation of HS2 programme client owned risks.
- Enabling the delivery of client retained third party works and services.
- Leading for HS2 IPT Client Team integrated within the MWCC IPT.
- Creating a collaborative culture which enables high performance.
- Responsible for the workforce plan for HS2 resources integrated in the MWCC IPT.
- Promoting and embedding Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all work.
