The predicted salary is between 46406 - 54595 £ per year.
Base salary: £46406 pa to £54595 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 20% which is paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits.

About the role:
- Workplace Services Platform components, proactively managing services and balancing business objectives with financial and supplier performance.
- Oversee the planning, installation, maintenance and acceptance of new and updated infrastructure and workplace components.
- Align to service expectations, security requirements and other quality standards.
- Support the design and delivery of Infrastructure (compute, cloud, network) and Workplace Services (End user compute, digital workspace, meeting rooms).
- Provide technical leadership to optimise the performance and outcomes of IT Infrastructure and Workplace Services.
- Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate, and resolve problems in systems and services.
- Oversee resources from suppliers, ensuring that they meet agreed SLAs, KPIs and targets.
- Direct the definition of IT Infrastructure & Workplace Services objectives and processes with IT suppliers and resources.
- Actively promote and embed Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work.

- Experience overseeing critical IT infrastructure in a similar environment.
- Experience managing an infrastructure delivery team.
- Experience managing service delivery in a complex, multi-vendor environment.
- Experience of collaborating with or managing suppliers and vendors.
