The predicted salary is between 41092 - 48344 £ per year.

Location – Birmingham. Salary: Base salary: £41,092 pa to ~£48,344 pa depending on skills and experience. We also offer a flexible benefits fund of 15% paid on top of the base salary, fully pensionable, and a range of competitive additional benefits.

About the Role

Responsible for assuring all commitment compliance activities on behalf of HS2 stakeholders. Project manage the lifecycle of processes required for complying with undertakings and assurances (U&As), working with internal teams and the supply chain. Collaborate with teams to support and guide the development of compliance plans to meet U&A requirements and ensure evidence is recorded in appropriate systems. Provide instruction and facilitation to ensure U&As are managed to minimise risk to HS2. Complete assurance checks and audits. Ensure the process for dealing with non‑compliance and potential non‑compliance is adhered to. Contribute to all compliance reporting as required. Accountability to work across HS2 and the supply chain to ensure consistency of a risk‑based approach in the management of U&As. Assure effective change management for commitments from initiation to sign‑off. Coordinate dispute resolution and identify risks and opportunities.

  • Ability to deliver monitoring and reporting arrangements in a complex and demanding environment.
