Job Summary
A Systems Coordinator will support the administration and integrity of project control systems (P6, Xactium, Contruent, CEMAR) and related interfaces.
About The Role
- Promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all work, supporting organisational initiatives.
- Assist with ongoing administration of project control systems and data platform to enable accurate performance reporting.
- Develop understanding of interfaces with other software tools and general PMO systems architecture.
- Support clarity, robustness and maintenance of systems to maintain high efficiency.
- Support the Systems Manager(s) as the Design Authority for changes to system content and functionality.
- Maintain integrity and security of systems, reviewing documents prior to granting access.
- Maintain authorised users and permissions and provide training to the relevant community.
- Ensure integrity of external suppliers and system integration.
- Act as a troubleshooter for straightforward system issues.
- Provide reports and analysis to support audit, compliance activities and trend identification.
- Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills, able to liaise between project stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Knowledge
- Basic understanding of operation and integration of P6, Contruent, CEMAR and Xactium and their system interfaces.
Experience
- Previous exposure to an office environment.
- Experience operating in a process-driven, governance-heavy environment.
