This role is responsible for supporting the development, automation, delivery, and integration of programme and corporate reporting to enable effective, data-driven decision making across the programme.
About the Role
- Accountable for supporting the development and analysis of programme reporting and data, identifying key trends, issues, insights and common themes.
- Accountable for supporting the aggregation of programme reporting and data to develop a comprehensive view of performance against baseline and forecast (incl. Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis) across Phase One, Phase Two, Corporate functions (Infrastructure Directorate, Land & Property).
- Accountable for supporting the definition and formatting standards for key reporting, assuring quality and integrity of all Programme and Functional reports as they are submitted to ensure a consistent approach to data capture and analysis.
- Responsible for ensuring the Projects and Programmes provide necessary information per required timeframes to enable effective decision making.
- Responsible for ensuring a robust reporting process is deployed consistently and complied with across the organisation.
- Accountable for supporting alignment of reports with evolving client and business needs, proposing changes, and developing innovative solutions to automate and simplify reporting.
- Responsible for supporting production of project programme level periodic reporting.
- Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all work and support and comply with organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.
Skills
- Ability to facilitate the integration of project scope and time and cost objectives and establish a baseline plan for performance measurement through reporting.
- Ability to analyse and report on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Ability to use IT systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet, MS Access, etc.).
- Ability to produce clear communications that engage colleagues.
