HS2 Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Procurement Policy and Contracts Manager to lead development and improvement of a robust, auditable procurement system supporting sourcing of works, goods and services for HS2. You will produce and update policies and templates compliant with the Procurement Act 2023, Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and Cabinet Office guidance, and deliver training and communications with internal teams and external policy partners.
