Base salary: £32,050pa to c.£36,700pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 15% paid on top of the base salary and is fully pensionable.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain fraud reporting dashboards and KPIs to track key performance indicators such as fraud detection rates, investigation times, fraud losses, and other relevant metrics.
- Prepare regular and ad‑hoc reports for management and stakeholders, providing insights into fraud trends, performance against targets, and the effectiveness of fraud prevention and detection controls.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing fraud detection and prevention controls, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new fraud detection and prevention strategies based on data analysis and industry best practices.
- Work closely with other members of the fraud team, including fraud and ethics investigators to share information, coordinate efforts, and support investigations.
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analysis and reporting.
- Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in all work, supporting and complying with organisational initiatives, policies and procedures on EDI.

- Reporting – able to analyse complex data sets and translate them into engaging, user‑friendly reports, visualisations, dashboards and presentations.

Knowledge

- PowerBI or equivalent for data analysis and visualisation.

- Understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase ledger systems.

- Experience of data management, data reporting and data quality & assurance experience throughout a project lifecycle.
- Experience of working with open formats to enable data interoperability and encourage a software‑agnostic approach.
- Experience of working within set standards, processes and systems with an expectation to contribute to decision‑making on process improvement.
