The Role: Commercial & Strategic Impact
You will join our commercial legal team, working on high-value procurement and contract management. Your daily work will involve:
- Drafting & Negotiation: Handling complex and high value commercial contracts
- Major Procurement: Supporting the delivery of critical infrastructure
- Strategic Advice: Providing counsel on claims, variations, and contract management
- Risk Management: Managing risk allocation and overseeing external legal advisors
