We are seeking a well-organised and approachable Business Administrator to join our team at our Congleton headquarters. This is a dynamic and varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting both day-to-day operations and team-wide coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle mail duties
- Process purchase orders, sales invoices, and general liaison with suppliers
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, including leading regular stocktakes
- Support online orders, equipment hire, and service sales logistics
- Assist with the planning, booking, and follow-up of company events
- Provide administrative support for HR tasks and internal coordination
- Prepare race bibs and fulfilment of race packs for sporting events
- Attend sporting events to provide assistance to the team as required (weekend working)
- Support business operations with booking of hire vehicles and required maintenance of business vehicles
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels as required
- Be comfortable with appropriate manual handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working with a range of IT systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Desirable: NVQ Level 2 in Administration and/or basic accounting knowledge
