Are you looking for the next step up in recruitment and want to lead your own team?
We are looking for an experienced recruitment team leader in the Skilled, Technical & Engineering sector. You will be leading a small team of 3 dedicated and ambitious consultants within a very successful recruitment agency.
This is an established, division where you can really make a difference by leading from the front.
What will I be doing as recruitment team leader?
- Mentoring, motivating, inspiring and developing the team
- Building relationships with candidates and potential clients in the Skilled, Technical & Engineering Sector
- Developing and expanding your desk through Account Management and Business development
- Delivering continuous recruitment for key clients
What experience do I need to be a recruitment team leader?
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within the Skilled, Technical & Engineering sector of a recruitment agency.
- Someone who enjoys motivating others and can lead a team from the front
- The ability to work to targets & KPI’s
- The ability to motivate your team and drive the division forward.
- You must have sales experience and a successful track record in winning your own clients
