HS Consultancy Group Ltd is an RICS and IRRV registered and regulated company providing commercial valuation services to a large database of clients across England and Wales. We specialise in rating valuation, striving to make savings in Business Rates liabilities for our varied property portfolio, covering all classes of property valued on a rental, profits, or contractor's basis of valuation.
We are looking to appoint a full-time site inspector to join our professional services team.
Job roles:
- Attending meetings at our clients' commercial premises across England and Wales to conduct site inspections
- Taking detailed photographs
- Digitally drawing floor plans to scale
Must have experience as a valuation site inspector / company referencer or similar role.
Skills we believe are required to do this role:
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels
- Punctual, dependable, and well organised
- Ability to manage job workloads and achieve targets
- IT literate
- Being able to work as part of a team or alone with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to use measuring laser for Floor Plans
Travelling / Staying away involved. Accommodation allowance, food allowance and fuel allowance provided.
Job requirements:
- Full driving license
- Use of own vehicle
- Business rates experience (preferred but not essential)
