We specialise in rating valuation, striving to make savings in Business Rates liabilities for our varied property portfolio, covering all classes of property valued on a rental, profits, or contractor’s basis of valuation.
We are looking to appoint a full-time site inspector to join our professional services team.
- Attending meetings at our clients' commercial premises across England and Wales to conduct site inspections.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing at all levels.
- Must have own car; travelling and staying away involved – accommodation allowance, food allowance, and fuel allowance provided.
- Full driving license required.
- Computer literate.
- Typically, you will be working throughout England and Wales conducting site inspections, Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5pm.
- On the road with the occasional visit to the company's registered office.
- Full training on how the business rates system works, and full training on the use of any equipment involved during the job, will be given.
- Wages are paid on a weekly basis.
