Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads.
  • Promote and sell forklifts, warehouse equipment, and heavy machinery products.
  • Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and product presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on payments and support accounts receivable collection when required.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in:
    • Heavy Equipment
    • Forklift / Material Handling Equipment
    • Construction Machinery
    • Industrial Equipment
    • Warehouse Solutions
  • Strong network within manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, construction, or mining industries is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong business development abilities.
  • Able to work independently and travel frequently for client visits.
