The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are seeking a well‐organised individual to join our busy Learning Support team. You would work with the Head of Learning Support to ensure the effective organisation and administration of all internal and external examinations and assessments for learners who require exam access arrangements.

You will undertake a variety of administrative tasks relating to all aspects of the examination procedure, including:

  • Processing entries
  • Entering data onto computerised systems
  • Preparing examination timetables
  • Supervising exams
  • Liaising with exam boards, students and College staff

You would also be involved with training staff on exam access arrangements. You will need to have experience of working in a busy administrative role with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and the ability to implement rules and regulations effectively are also essential. You will also need to be able to work effectively within a team, be highly organised and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. For individuals who start a term time only role after 1st September, the salary will be pro‐rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2026). This ensures that the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked.
