HRUC (Harrow, Richmond and Uxbridge Colleges) is looking for an Assistant Principal for High Needs, SEND & ALS to lead the transformation and development of SEND and High Needs provision. This role reports to the Group Executive Principal and requires significant senior leadership experience in SEND and inclusive education.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding learner progression, statutory compliance, and leading a unified strategy for SEND and ALS across the Group. This position offers the chance to influence regional commissioning and enhance inclusivity in education.
