Our Business School, based at Uxbridge Campus, offers a range of vocational and professional programmes from Level 1 to Level 5 with Pearson as the awarding body, and professional certificates such as the CIPD, AAT (both full time programmes and Apprenticeships) and CMI. Working in collaboration with local and national employers, we successfully prepare learners for a wide range of careers and/or higher education, meeting the latest industry standards.
We are seeking a full time Lecturer to join our team, to teach across business, finance, and accounting from Level 2 to Level 5, including AAT full time programmes, AAT Apprenticeships and vocational Business programmes.
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional who can demonstrate the following:
- A degree in Business or related subject area, or appropriate professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, ACA
- Teaching experience gained in Further Education or a training provider
- Able to demonstrate high levels of student engagement, retention and achievement
- Business experience including experience in accountancy/finance
We will support you to develop your career in teaching, including supporting you to obtain the Level 5 teacher training qualification if you do not already possess a full teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector.
