Planning: Prepare and manage comprehensive annual budgets to facilitate effective financial planning across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.

Reporting: Provide weekly updates on cash flow, alongside conducting monthly P&L and cash updates, to deliver comprehensive financial insights and maintain clear visibility into the company’s fiscal health for internal stakeholders and investors.

Management: Proactively evaluate and implement strategic cost optimisation programs, concurrently reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health and efficient capital structure.

Leadership: Take full leadership over Working Capital responsibilities, alongside diligently managing Human Resources Financial Planning, ensuring these critical areas contribute effectively to overall financial stability.

- The Must-Haves
- Background: Executive leadership with a strong accounting background, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for comprehensive financial oversight.
- Experience: Over two years of experience gained from a Big Four firm, complemented by proven leadership experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director within a small or medium-sized business environment.
A valid UK working permit is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
- Skills: Expertise in strategic Financial Planning, meticulous Budget Management, precise Cash Flow Management, insightful P&L Analysis, and effective Cost Optimisation strategies.
- Bonus: A preferred, though not mandatory, background in the Media and Conferences industry.
