Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Owning all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews.
- Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious talents (shouting talents) and covert talents (whispering talents).
- Developing and automating our recruiting processes.
- Enhancing our onboarding process in collaboration with management.

Our office is next to Victoria Station, and we work from Monday to Friday onsite; remote work is not available.
