Head of Graphics at HRtechX

The Role

HRtechX is currently seeking a talented Head of Graphics to join our expanding team.

This role involves designing and producing creative content based on concepts and briefs provided by our marketing team. The responsibilities include creating banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, illustrations, and animations, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

What we expect from you

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• A desire to learn and share new tools and techniques
• Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
• Approach briefs with a conceptual mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Agency experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying messages clearly via email
• Detail-oriented, responsible for high-quality email marketing campaigns and website updates
• Driven and ambitious
• Ownership mindset, ensuring all deliverables are of premium quality
• Problem solver, able to react quickly and calmly under pressure

Start date

As soon as possible.

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, based at our offices in Buckingham Gate. Collaboration in person is essential to deliver market-leading events throughout the year. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
