Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Align with sponsors' expectations before and after sales, ensuring the sales process is feasible.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial planning through event delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using our CRM system.
- Provide daily support to sponsors for their registration through our internal systems.
- Build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding new clients.
- Collect client feedback post-event to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
