- Strategic Financial Planning: Prepare and manage comprehensive annual budgets to facilitate effective financial planning across the organisation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Financial Performance Reporting: Provide weekly updates on cash flow, alongside conducting monthly P&L and cash updates, to deliver comprehensive financial insights and maintain clear visibility into the company’s fiscal health for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Cost Efficiency & Debt Management: Proactively evaluate and implement strategic cost optimisation programs, concurrently reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health and efficient capital structure.
- Working Capital & HR Finance Leadership: Take full leadership over Working Capital responsibilities, alongside diligently managing Human Resources Financial Planning, ensuring these critical areas contribute effectively to overall financial stability.
