HRString in Swansea is recruiting care support workers to assist service users with daily living tasks, monitor vital signs, provide bedside and personal care under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists, and support planning, preparation and service delivery of meals.
You will also handle basic household duties, maintain confidentiality, and keep accurate records of client progress, reporting any changes to a manager or supervisor; training is provided.
