Hrstring currently has exciting opportunities for experienced and compassionate Senior Care Workers to join our friendly team on a full-time or part‑time basis. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to clients.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
  • Support and supervise Care Assistants where required.
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans.
  • Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well‑being and report any concerns.
  • Assist with moving, handling, and repositioning clients safely.
  • Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have at least one year of care experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Caring, professional, and reliable attitude.
