HRString is a well‑established and successful independent domiciliary care provider. We strive for excellence, innovation and are passionate about the quality of care we deliver to all our service users. We are currently recruiting for the role of care support workers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform health‑care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
- Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
- Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users.
- Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
- Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
- Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always.
- Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Essential requirement: You must be a resident in the UK and have a valid right to work.
- Previous care experience is greatly welcomed but training will be provided.
