Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Support and supervise Care Assistants where required.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans.
- Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns.
- Assist with moving, handling, and repositioning clients safely.
- Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
Qualifications
- At least one year of care experience.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Caring, professional, and reliable attitude.
