Our client, a globally recognised creative studio working across luxury, cultural, and brand-led experiences, is seeking an Events Assistant to join their London team. This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of immersive environments and culturally driven projects for international brands and institutions.
Working closely with Producers and Creative teams, you will assist in the coordination and execution of projects from initial preparation through to on-site delivery. The position requires a high level of organisation, adaptability, and attention to detail, with exposure to both logistical coordination and creative production processes. It is well suited to someone looking to develop within a fast-paced and design-led environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting producers with day-to-day project coordination and administrative requirements
- Assisting with supplier outreach, quotations, and production documentation
- Helping maintain project timelines, schedules, and cost tracking
- Coordinating logistics such as deliveries, travel arrangements, and on-site requirements
- Supporting installations and live event days to ensure smooth and efficient execution
- Assisting with sourcing materials, props, and event elements
- Maintaining organised project files and documentation
