Our client, a globally recognised creative studio operating at the intersection of luxury, culture, and brand experience, is seeking an experienced Producer to join their London team. This role will play a key part in delivering a high-profile cultural and art-led project, supporting the translation of strategic and creative concepts into flawlessly executed environments.
Working closely with clients, creative teams, and senior production leadership, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production elements are delivered with precision, structure, and a strong attention to detail. The position sits at the heart of the project lifecycle, from early-stage planning through to on-site execution, requiring both operational rigour and a sensitivity to design and creative intent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end production of gallery spaces, general environments, and special projects within a large-scale cultural platform.
- Developing and managing detailed timelines, scopes of work, and cost tracking, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed parameters.
- Coordinating across fabrication, technical production, sourcing, and logistics, working closely with suppliers and production partners to ensure feasibility and quality.
- Leading on-site production and installation, maintaining oversight of delivery standards and ensuring a seamless execution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and international stakeholders, including galleries, partners, and internal teams, while maintaining clear and confident communication with clients, presenting updates and project documentation as required.
