We are recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join a well-established and growing complex care provider in the Southeast. We are looking for someone with strategic business development experience and strong relationship building skills within the service sector (ideally from Healthcare).

About the role

  • The role will involve identifying and directly approaching key decision makers (ICBs, case managers, solicitors, local authorities).
  • Building relationships and telling the story of what service our client offers, talking about success stories and the high level of service and training on offer.
  • To develop these relationships so that our client becomes their 'go to provider'.
  • Liaise internally with the various departments, recruitment, coordination team and nurse management to discuss new packages of care in order to put together a plan of action.
  • Project manage new business through to delivery.
  • Attend events throughout the year (industry related, company events and networking opportunities) which will involve overnight stays.

Requirements

About you

  • You will have strong communication skills both over the phone, in person and via written communication.
  • You will have proven business development experience.
  • You may be working in complex care currently in a different job role but enjoy the business development side and wish to pursue this path further.
  • Problem solver.
  • You will be persistent and resilient.
  • Able to manage expectations of all parties.
  • You will value growing relationships over quick wins and offering a quality service.
  • Passionate about wanting to provide quality care to individuals with complex care needs in their own home.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
