This role will involve a mixture of running a warm desk with existing clients
as well as developing new relationships with clients within the Health & Social
care sector. <\/span>Focusing on more senior vacancies
(salaries £40K+).<\/span><\/span>

About the role<\/span><\/span><\/b> RequirementsAbout youYou will have recent agency recruitment experience within the health or social sector.Proven sourcing skills, as this will be key to your success, the type of candidates we place won't necessarily be applying for jobs.You will have previously run a successful perms desk (account management as well as business development) and be able to evidence this.Strong verbal and written communication skills. variety of tools, job boards, social media and networking events to identify
and reach out to potential candidates. <\/span>Maintaining active relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment
process, including negotiating offers and successful start for the candidate.<\/span><\/span>

Analysis<\/span><\/span><\/b> – Staying up to date on market trends within
the sector, salary benchmarks, changes to legislation in order to add value
to both your clients and candidates.<\/span><\/span>
