As a complex care coordinator, you will be planning and rostering care staff into shifts and ensure that the care workers and nurses that are responsible for delivering care and support on a day-to-day basis attend their shifts as planned.

Requirements
About you
- You will have strong communication skills both over the phone and via written communication.
- You will be a problem solver, quick thinker and solution driven.
- You will have worked in care and ideally will have coordination experience within either domiciliary or complex care.
- You will have the right to work in the UK and a full UK driving licence.

- Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm, plus on call is 1 in 5 weekends (this could reduce in time) and 1 evening/morning per week (1700 - 2300/0600 - 0900).
