We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager.

Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?

You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.

Requirements

About you:

  • You will be an Adult trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
  • Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
  • Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.
