HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an Ofsted Regional Manager. Joining the children’s residential care division. Providing parachute support to Registered Managers when additional capacity of expertise is required. Delivering audits, coaching and mentoring to ensure best practice and continuous improvement. To provide interim management cover in homes without a manager. Guiding and supporting staff teams to maintain a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.

About the Regional Operations Manager role

  • Provide strategic operational leadership, ensuring high-quality care and compliance.
  • Drive performance, achieve Ofsted Outstanding/Good ratings, and ensure financial viability.
  • Lead on safeguarding, statutory compliance, and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Develop and support a high-performing staff team.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing an Ofsted home that carries a rating of good or above.
  • Proven experience in operational management within children's residential care either as a Registered Manager or a Regional Manager.
  • You also hold your QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Children's Services or be willing to undertake this qualification.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
