HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 2 bed children's home.

About the Registered Manager's role

  • Develop comprehensive care plans
  • Create a great team environment
  • Maintain high standards
  • Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
  • Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
  • Will be doing all intakes and assessments

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within children's residential
  • Level 3 in Children's residential care
  • Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of trauma and mental health: Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour
  • Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
