HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 2 bed children's home.
About the Registered Manager's role:
- Develop comprehensive care plans
- Create a great team environment
- Maintain high standards
- Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
- Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
- Will be doing all intakes and assessments
Requirements About You:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within children's residential
- Level 3 in Children's residential care
- Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
- Understanding of trauma and mental health: Knowledge of the needs of children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties, including managing challenging behaviour.
- Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
