We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive in Whitstable. We're looking for a creative, digitally minded Marketing Executive who wants to see their work make a real difference. You'll help attract outstanding care professionals, connect families with life-changing care services and promote specialist training. From social media and email campaigns to SEO, website improvements and analytics, you'll play a key role in growing our clients’ services and strengthening their brand. You'll be encouraged to bring new ideas, test different approaches and use data to continually improve campaign performance.
About the role:
- Digital marketing - Create, manage and optimise paid and organic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Email and SMS marketing - Build, schedule and send email and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Website and SEO - Help improve our website performance through SEO, content optimisation and user experience enhancements.
- Reporting and insights - Analyse campaign, website and audience data to identify trends, opportunities and recommendations.
- Events and brand support - Assist with the planning, promotion and delivery of internal and external events.
About you:
- Previous experience in a marketing role (min of 18 months), with digital experience.
- Good understanding of social media marketing, both paid and organic.
- Experience of Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation.
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and reporting.
- Ideally experience of Salesforce or other CRMs.
You will have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available) as well as a full UK driving licence.
