HRS Healthcare is now recruiting for two Executive Recruiters for our Permanent Agency Division. This role will involve a mixture of running a warm desk with existing clients as well as developing new relationships with clients within the Health & Social Care sector, focusing on more senior vacancies (salaries £40K+).
About the role
- Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the Health & Social Care Sector, understanding their needs, effectively and proactively communicating and collaborating throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Management: Sourcing for suitable candidates using a variety of tools, job boards, social media and networking events to identify and reach out to potential candidates. Maintaining active relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers and successful start for the candidate.
- Market Analysis: Staying up to date on market trends within the sector, salary benchmarks, changes to legislation in order to add value to both your clients and candidates.
- Autonomy: Grow your own desk whilst working towards clearly defined targets.
Requirements
About you: You will have recent agency recruitment experience within the health or social sector. Proven sourcing skills, as this will be key to your success, the type of candidates we place won't necessarily be applying for jobs. You will have previously run a successful perms desk.
