About the Registered Manager’s role
· Create a great team environment
· Maintain high standards
· Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
· Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
Requirements
About You
- Experience in a supervisory role within children’s residential
- Level 3 in Children’s residential care
- Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
