Job Description

We are recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join a well-establishedand growing complex care provider in the Southeast.We are looking for someone with strategic business development experience and strong relationship building skills within the service sector (ideally from Healthcare).

About the role

  • The rolewill involve identifying and directly approaching key decision makers(ICBs, case managers, solicitors, local authorities).
  • Buildingrelationships and telling the story of what service our client offers, talking about success stories and the high level of service and training onoffer.
  • Todevelop these relationships so that our client becomes their 'go toprovider'.
  • Liaise internallywith the various departments, recruitment, coordination team and nursemanagement to discuss new packages of care in order to put together a planof action.
  • Projectmanage new business through to delivery.
  • Attendevents throughout the year (industry related, company events andnetworking opportunities) which will involve over night stays.

About you

  • Youwill have strong communication skills both over the phone, in person andvia written communication.
  • You Willhave proven business development experience.
  • You maybe working in complex care currently in a different job role but enjoy thebusiness development side and wish to pursue this path further.

  • Ourclient will offer you a salary of £55,000 plus commission / bonus and company car on completion of probation period.
  • 37.5hours per week, office base is Whitstable when you are not onthe road.
