Recruiter to join HRS Healthcare.
This role will involve a mixture of working with existing clients as well as developing new client relationships within the
Health & Socialcare sector. Focusing on more senior vacancies , both clinical and non clinical (salaries £40K+) such as Registered Managers (Ofsted and CQC), Regional Operation Managers, Hospital Directors, Ward Managers...
About the role
- Client Management
- Building and maintaining strong relationshipswith clients within the Health & Social Care Sector, understanding theirneeds, effectively and proactively communicating and collaborating throughoutthe recruitment process.
- Candidate Management
- Sourcing for suitable candidates using avariety of tools, job boards, social media and networking events to identifyand reach out to potential candidates.
Maintaining active relationships with candidates throughout the recruitmentprocess, including negotiating offers and successful start for the candidate.
- Market Analysis
- Staying up to date on market trends withinthe sector, salary benchmarks, changes to legislation in order to add valueto both your clients and candidates.
Autonomyto grow your own desk whilstworking towards clearly defined targets.
Requirements
About you
- Youwill have permanent recruitment experience within an agency setting, ideally within the health orsocial care sector (Children's Residential Services, Neuro, AHP or Nursing).
- Proven sourcing skills , as this will be key to your success, the type of candidates we place won't necessarily be applying for jobs.
- Youwill have previously run a successful perms desk ( account management aswell as business development ) and be able to evidence this.
- Strong verbaland written communication skills . Ability to build rapport and gain trust.
- Timemanagement
, able to prioritise your time effectively whilstmanaging multiple clients and candidates at any given time.
- Strong workethic with a passion for recruitment, this is a targeted role, so youmust be self-driven to achieve the goals agreed.

What’s on offer for the Recruiter role?
- £30,000- £40,000 base depending on experience plus an attractive commissionpackage (uncapped)
- 37.5hours per week -Mon to Fri 9am - 5pm, office base is Whitstable, Kent (min of 3 days per week in the office).
- 25 days AL plus the bankholiday and a day off on your birthday.
