HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a 5 bed children’s home in Walsall (complex trauma).

About the Registered Manager’s role:

  • Develop comprehensive care plans
  • Create a great team environment
  • Maintain high standards
  • Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
  • Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times

Requirements About You:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a supervisory role within children’s residential
  • Level 5 in Leadership in Management is preferred but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK
