We are recruiting for a
Social Worker near Horley, Surrey to support young people with mental health and psychological needs.
About the role
- Assessing the social care needs of young people.
- Supervision of social work staff and taking the lead
- Completion of service users CPA documents
- Carry out focussed work with young people using a range of interventions
