HRS Healthcare are recruiting for an OFSTED Registered Manager for a children's home in Edinburgh.
About the Registered Manager's role:
- Develop comprehensive care plans
- Create a great team environment
- Maintain high standards
- Deal with the operational and commercial aspects of the home
- Ensure high standards of care are provided at all times
Requirements:
- SVQ 4/SQF Level 9 Children and Young People and HNC/Academic equivalent qualification that meets SSSC requirements.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience at Assistant Manager level or a minimum of 4 years' experience including a supervisory role/professional role and related experience.
- Working knowledge of legislation in relation to child care including National Care Standards, Children (Scotland) Act 1995, GIRFEC.
- Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
